WHAT CLIENTS SAY
Best staff anyone could ask for. The ladies at the desk are wonderful, the nurse, great counselors awesome and the doctor is wonderful. If you truly want to change your life from opioid abuse or anything else, this is the place to go. Getting off suboxone and onto Sublocade is absolutely best choice I ever made. I was nervous, but the doctor did it right, great people.
I've been going to Crooked River Counseling for years. They are amazing people that want to help you succeed and stay off drug's. I love this place and the team they have! They have a really good I.O.P as well. If not for this place and the Community Center, God knows where I'd be.
I'm 40 years old and before Crooked River I had no interest in getting clean. The last time I was clean before this was when I was in the US army, 2004 was the year. I had achieved 8 years, but then life hit me hard. That lasted for about 15 years. If this can work for me, it can work for anyone who wants to be clean, but .you have to want it.

Services
Outpatient Treatment
Outpatient treatment includes individual sessions and groups in a learning oriented format. You and your counselor will discuss this and we will determine your needs together.
Group topics include the recovery process, anger management, survival plans, stress management and navigating relationships.
We encourage you to include family members in your treatment and include them in your sessions. You and your counselor will discuss this and determine when it is appropriate.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Otherwise known as “Day Treatment” IOP offers comprehensive intensive outpatient treatment for individuals with substance use disorders that are transitioning from an inpatient level of care, or for those who need more structure than individual outpatient treatment can provide. Our IOP program is a therapeutic environment that is designed to assist you through support, education and the treatment of substance use disorders.
We offer a family day 1x per month, where individuals can bring in family members to help them learn more about substance use disorders and recovery from it. Talk with your counselor about this for more information.
DEEP Program
To get started call the DEEP Office
Ask DEEP to send Crooked River Counseling your paperwork.
Once Crooked River has received your paperwork, our staff will contact you to schedule your first appointment. Please insure DEEP has your correct contact information.
DEEP Assessment/Evaluation:
An Assessment/Evaluation consists of 2-4 Sessions and includes a concerned person interview.
This is an out of pocket expense as insurances do not pay for evaluations. Half of the assessment fee is due at the first session and the remainder of the fee must be paid prior to the last session for paperwork to be completed and sent to DEEP.
Our Philosophy
We believe the combination of individual counseling, group specialized treatment, family involved counseling, collaboration with other professionals as appropriate, and self help participation offer the most favorable prognosis of recovery for the individual and their family.
